We’re a Boutique Gym based behind the Lowry Hotel. We combine the 1-1 attention of seeing a PT with the atmosphere of a class to create the ‘Best Workout in the World’ according to Mark Wahlberg, David Beckham & Nicole Scherzinger who are all loyal members of F45. We pride ourselves on being the most welcoming gym in Manchester that caters for all levels of fitness. The F stands for functional training, a mix of circuit and HIIT style 45 minute workouts geared towards everyday movement.

Cardio

Monday & Wednesday are cardio focussed. Burning up to 800 calories per session, getting seriously fit and stripping fat.

Strength

Tuesday & Thursday’s are all about building muscle & strength whilst perfecting form with the help of two personal trainers in each class.

Hybrid

Friday & Saturday are our Hybrid Sessions. Saturday is an hour long with a live DJ and a mix of strength, cardio & agility work. Highlight of the week and not one to be missed!
